Our Expertise
Advertising
We help startups from one-man operations all the way through bidding wars with the world's largest advertising conglomerates. Our advertising industry clients grace the covers of Adweek, AdAge, BrandWeek, Media Post, New Media Age, and the Wall Street Journal. Our clients have spoken at every major advertising trade show from New York to Beijing. Recently, two of our clients have qualified as Advertising Age's Top 40 Marketers Under 40 and Top 20 20-Somethings. Our clients are rock stars of the ad world and will continue to redefine the marketing medium.
Consumer Technology
From CES tradeshow speaking opportunities to guerilla marketing street teams, VSC has delivered at every level of the consumer technology ecosystem. VSC principals have taken work experience from major brands such as SONY, Universal Music, MTV, Clear Channel, Playboy, The Smithsonian Institution, and countless startups to implement big brand consumer strategies for any size enterprise. VSC implements a variety of tactics to help its clients reach the consumer efficiently and effectively, proving it doesn't take a big budget to reach consumers, just big thinking.
Gaming
We have given gaming a home and changed the game all together. In 2004, VSC co-created the first physical landmark of video games called the Walk of Game through its work with SONY. Now millions of gamers worldwide visit the Metreon in San Francisco to experience gaming history. We also worked with Greystripe to change the economics of mobile games from a pay-per-download model, to advertising supported free mobile games. Much of this change came in the form of consumer and industry awareness including media coverage in BBC World News Television, USA Today, San Jose Mercury News, Techcrunch, Gamedaily, Los Angeles Times, CNNMoney, and Red Herring Magazine. E3 is pretty much dead, and developers are influenced by different media than consumers. New trade groups are springing up worldwide. Are you ready for the new world of gaming? We are. So let's play.
Internet / Web 2.0
By the time you read this, web 2.0 will be an outdated term. But hey, you get the point. New Internet technologies are building value and exits by resonating with a new cadre of influencers. Major blogs are becoming technology bibles and certain print news outlets are shrinking staff by the year. VSC understands the evolving spheres of influences and delivers results for clients in the field of EII (evolved internet innovation), landing clients everywhere in the media landscape from blogs and news outlets to television and traditional print. No matter what changes, clients still need to reach their audience, be it consumers, business partners, or stakeholders. We keep up with this evolution and make sure we deliver the right message to the right audience. What works for traditional media may be antiquated for bloggers. Balance, media mix, and creativity keep VSC clients ahead of the curve.
Mobile Technologies
We created awareness for the first U.S. mobile marketing campaigns in 2001, generating over 300 stories featured in the Financial Times, San Jose Mercury News, BusinessWeek, Forbes, Los Angeles Times, and CNN. We have and currently represent clients in the fields of mobile games, ringtones, mobile communities, mobile adult content, device management, and streaming technologies. Our clients appear in mobile industry trades almost daily.
